Peeing on the street
Some people can be amazingly shameless. This guy took a piss right on the Kalpaka boulevard - one of Riga centre largest streets - today. The building is, by the way, The Constitutional Court of Latvia. Of course, he was drunk. Riga centre has chronical deficit of public toilets and the city's governers has promised to solve the problem before the tourism season starts, but, I guess, for such types it won't help anyway. Why go to toilet when there is a street? :)
