"Apartment" in staircase?
Some weeks ago in Sarkandaugava district I saw this quite surreal scene - a staircase full of old pieces of furniture, blankets, etc, and two men sitting and smoking there. Are they really living there?

It looks that way doesn't it? Maybe they were just moving their belongings up to another apartment, but stopped for a break.
