Politician's life

In front of TV cameras, dictophones and microphones - that makes up large part of popular politician's life. Newspaper "Diena" has opened it's office in the new shopping centre Galleria Riga where they have started to make public interviews with different persons and everyone can come and see it. It's interesting practice, I don't know if such journalism is practiced elsewhere in the world. Most probably it is - I doubt "Diena" has invented this idea. Maybe you know similar examples in your city?
