Functionalinism
Teika is a neighbourhood of Riga which is dominated mostly by 2 architectural styles - Functionalism of 20ies and 30ies (when this suburb started to develop) and Stalinism of 40ies and 50ies. However it is not that easy to find a view where both of these styles can be seen together. In my photo archive, this one seems to fulfilling such an obligation - a building to the left is one of the most interesting functionalism examples of Teika, while the building to the right must be built in Stalinism period.
