Real winter is back in Riga! We have temperatures below -20 in last nights here and around -15 in daytime. Yesterday I strolled around the city thinking of how to picture the coldness. Finally I didn't came up with anything better than taking this pic from Galleria Riga rooftop. Is it looking cold?
