Fisher(wo)man
Riga is a city of waters (there is sea from North, water reservoir of Riga HPS from South, several large lakes from East, large river flowing through and several canals, ponds and other water bodies inside the city) - that's why one can see quite many fishermans here. Usually fisher-mans are mans (and it seems there is even not a word in English for a woman who is fishing) but last week in Arkādijas park in Torņakalns district I spotted this woman with fishing rod in park's canal. In other place (Daugava river coast) I took a photo also of a fisherman:
