Zolitūde is one of newest commieblock districts in Riga. It's construction started only in 1985. That's why commieblocks here looks comparatively fresh than in other districts. Interesting also, that in Zolitūde the dominating type of mid-rises are 10-floorers, elsewhere they're 9-floorers.

Actually have never been inside of one of exactly this type of blocks, so can't tell you what are their planning and overall comfort level.
