Dienvidu Pakavs 1 & 2

"Dienvidu Pakavs-2" is apartment project in Ziepniekkalns which was finished in 2008. It earned also an article in Latvia's architecture magazine. However, due to economic crysis, the project developer went bankrupt and last year most of this building's flats were sold in auction for an average price of 1000 EUR per sq m. But now it is one of the most demanded projects in Riga's rent market.

Right next there is also "Dienvidu Pakavs-1" which was built in 2006 and sold while credit boom was still in full bloom. Which one of them you like more?
