Jaunā Teika
"Jaunā Teika" is a modern quarter in Teika district, consisting of several apartment buildings and an office tower. It looks like this project is not so succesful though because buildings looks rather empty. Some developers in Riga are bankrupted, some others are now managing to restart selling of flats and office spaces.

It's an attractive building.
ReplyDeleteI am not really supriced. Latvia in not at all friendly place to buy for example properties, everything is strongly overpriced! And you must agree with me. Anyway nice shot, as always:)
