Out-of-Riga Sunday: Tartu
Tartu is Estonia's second largest city, with a population of roughly 100 000. It has nice, well preserved historical centre and also good modern mini-downtown as well, besides it has the best Botanical garden I've been - a real landscaping masterpiece. But Tartu's botanical garden I leave for some other Sunday, this time one of Tartu symbols - "Lovers fountain" in town's main square.
