Out-of-Riga Sunday: Ventspils
Ventspils is Latvias richest town (it became as such because of oil transit in 90ies) and it keeps attention to quality public space as no other town in Latvia. This fountain is one of most amazing public space objects. A rainbow shines there even in not the most sunny days, and in this picture you can notice that water drops are creating the contours of Latvia's map.

What an incredibly neat idea! A rainbow fountain! I have never seen one. That is so original! I especially like how you included the women on the bench. That really adds to the scene and demonstrates the scale of the fountain.
