Chimney sweep Albert | Skursteņslauķa Alberta skulptūra
This is another one of nice suprises in Riga cityscape. This one waits you at the entrance of building in Skolas street 22. This is a chimney sweeper sculpture made of bronze, which is actually new - mounted there in 2006, it was done by Alberta college which is in this building. The story behind the idea of this sculpture is also interesting - college students were very interested in some real chimney sweeper who was brushing a chimney near by. They tried to touch his buttons to ensure a good luck in exams, and the school's management noticed and decided to make this sculpture here to give the opportunity for students to always grasp a chimney sweep button.

This is interesting. To ensure that your chimney is clean, you will have to look for professional sweepers. I was having problems with sweeping my chimney until I visited Chimney Sweep Portland. They always ensure that your chimney is clean.
