Begging on the middle of traffic
This man was begging right in the middle of magistral 2+2 street. Had never seen such, on car-drivers oriented begging. One woman also gave him some coins through her jeep's window - too bad I wasn't fast enough to took that shot. But also this one is a good illustration of how economically unequal and separated is society in Latvia. [full_width]

So, here in Madrid, is a normal thing. Sometimes they do tricks and then beg. They are usually foreigners.
