No, you don't have a diplopia and no, I haven't manipulated this photo. It's a real view I stumbled upon yesterday in Mārupe area, southwestern private housing suburbs of Riga. 2 almost identical Soviet time tractors and 2 almost identical Soviet time highrises makes up unique composition. Also pictures today comes by two - with different focus perspectives. Would be nice if you write down - which one you like more?
