View from Radison Blu hotel towards Old city and Boulevard Ring is the best perspective to Riga. It exposes the harmonic layout of city's central core. Yesterday we had a first snow this winter season, as you can see it has came when trees are still yellow, so an interesting "auter" or "wintumn" season currently observable here.

Oh wow. Nice shot!
It's really extraordinary how the yellow (sometimes even greenish) leaves contrast with the white snow. I guess periods like this can only be observed in northern parts of Europe. Here in Germany the first snow doesn't usually come before all the leaves have fallen down.
