Merķeļa iela 7, Merķeļa iela 9

Merķeļa street 7 and Merķeļa street 9 - two identical buildings which are in very different state. One has at least renovated facade although, as you see, the rooftop is still rusty... These buildings are older than most of centre dwellings, built already in 1880 - 1883. Whole part of Merķeļa street from Marijas to Barona is built as harmonious Neo-Rennaisance city block.
