Old Town with blue sky
Another rare nature phenomenon today in Riga - absolute blue, clear sky. It's almost as rare as Solar eclipse here. There are sunny days, of course, but not with completely blue skies, without any cloud, when the sunshine is the brightest and the light/shadow contrasts sharpest. This is a view over Old Town's roofs with St Peter's church tower in the centre and Swedbank tower spire sneaks up from otherside of the river too.

That, here in Spain, it is common to see a sky like that. You, as you are further north you see not so clear.
