Baznīcas iela 26 + Ģertrūdes baznīca

The next three pictures in this blog will be related to one another - there will be a combination of Art Nouveau building and a church. All three photos I took yesterday when walked around snowy Riga centre with my camera. In this photo you see Ģertrūdes church with building on Baznīcas street 26 - one of the exclusive renovated buildings where flat prices are around 6000 EUR per square meter. Just the place for car in this building's inner yard costs not only more expensive than a good car but also almost more expensive than new flats in other Riga areas - 50 000 EUR. For example, a flat in this project costs just 750 EUR/square meter.
