Biķernieku slēpošanas trase
Today was the most perfect winter day - not only snowy and cold (around minus 17 degrees) but also sunny! Actually it was the first sunny day this year in Riga and to celebrate that we went to skiing track in Biķernieki forest, the same place where cars are racing in other seasons (see photo here). The track is just 2.3 km but I haven't skied since elemantary school, that is some 15 years... So, the physical load was decent enough and it felt like a great work-out afterwards. [full_width]

I think it was great work-out because you also had your camera on your neck (or on your back)!
