Demolition

One of Riga wrecks are being torned down in Purvciems. Some wit has placed a toy bear on the excavator bucket to "oversee" the process. Although current council of the city seemingly tries to do something to get rid of wrecks, it's just a drop in the sea. Riga still has many abandoned wrecks from Soviet times, which has to be demolished, and many many more neglected historical buildings which has to be renovated. Only then Riga could be called a "developed city".
