Ķengarags district in overall is not very pleasant but it has got a nice feature - Daugava riverside. Here goes promenade where people can walk, drive with bycicles and do other activities in days like the one in the photo. [full_width]

and it goes directly to LU ISSP! So sad that in our studying time there was no promenade, our romantic walks were in long and dark Institute corridors.
