Bicycle taxis

Bicycle taxis (rikshaws) appeared in Riga some 5 years ago. They are sometimes riding quite aggressively and shamelessly, for example, one time I saw 4 such cabs taking the space of whole street, slowing down all the traffic. But they, of course, gives Riga some additional taste. The building on background is France embassy, btw. [full_width]
