Saturday Latvia held municipal elections. No changes in Riga - the same party will continue to rule next 4 years. City's development isn't their priority. Here you see the backside of Riga's Towhnall where the municipal government is located. The building consists of two - the rebuilt historical Townhall as a fronthouse (lower photo) and this modern one in courtyard side.
