Staro Rīga 2013: Blāzmojošie Ziemeļi

Light festival Staro Riga 2013 has started! Until Monday rigans and city guests can enjoy around 30 different light installations, performances around the city (most in the centre). One of most distant but also one of most beautiful object this year has to be the viewing tower of Ziemeļblāzma culture palace which is displayed on lights&music show "Northern Lights".
