Trees decoration styles in Riga and Brussels

Here you see how trees are decorated in Riga (lower photo) and in Brussels (upper photo). At least now it's a bit more well-thought than few years before when the light bulbs seemed just randomly throwed in trees, but still we apparently have no patience to decorate like in Western Europe - by aligning bulbs with the "skeleton" of a tree.
