One of 2 highest buildings in Baltic states

Interesting - sunny and cold (but no snow) winter weather has arrived in Latvia. I guess in such temperatures they can't build - currently the largest construction object in Latvia is Z-Towers which has reached their final height (the cladding has started too) and you can evaluate it's impact on Riga skyline already. Z-Towers will be one of highest highrises in Baltic states (130 m), on par with Vilnius Europa tower (130 m). It's not Shanghai, of course, but I hope Ķīpsala highrise cluster will continue to add some new tower at least one by decade :) And, of course, the ugly former Preses nams box should be reconstructed.
