Riga centre parks, National opera garden with lilacs in spring's blooming. This isn't current photo, of course. Just a week ago it seemed the spring will be about a month earlier this year but not so sure anymore - last days we have got snow here in Riga. On top of Latvian University building you can see their small observatory tower. [full_width]
