Lāčplēša iela 7

Lāčplēša street 7 is another one historical building in Riga centre which has got renovation recently. Two years ago it was so far from reality - the municipality even decided to make a forced arrangement and conservation of the building, because it was a wreck which endangered safety. I don't know how the building turned out in the hands of real estate investors but it is a good example to other buildings in Riga - beautiful houses like Vīlandes street 11 which is falling apart.
