Lielvārdes iela 61 - typical modern private house

There are basically two types of new private houses - those who resemble some "castles" decorated with towers etc, and contemporary architecture houses built in typical 21st Century modern architecture style, characterized by regular geometrical forms, black/white colors, like this one. I prefer, of course, modern ones (this example has too small windows though). Lielvārdes 61 is located in one of nicest neighbourhoods of Riga - silent and calm garden/private housing area Teika.
