Rooftops of "silent centre"

The best way to tell which areas of Riga are rich and which are poor is by looking at their rooftops. Northern part of centre or "silent centre" (luxury apartments and embassies area) got mostly renovated roofs while elsewhere they are mostly rusty and neglected.
