Ģertrūdes iela 69/71
One of most beautiful and eye-pleasing buildings on Ģertrūdes street - a very harmonious one with a perfect symmetry and glance. It was built in 1913 by Latvian architect Jānis Alksnis. One of famous Latvian writers, Andrejs Upītis lived in this house from 1927 to 1941. Nowadays there is a bridge learning centre and place for cards games tournaments as well as Roberto Botticelli clothing store.
