Baznīcas iela 18a - Club central residence

 
The freshly built, new apartment building in Riga centre, Baznīcas street, designed by Zane Tetere. It reminds me Brīvības street 39 which I posted yesterday - although buildings age difference is almost a century. In overall, there are 20 apartments and the flat prices here is around 3500-5000 EUR per square metre.

Tikko pabeigta, jauna dzīvokļu ēka Rīgas centrā, Baznīcas ielā (arhitekte - Zane Tetere). Tā atgādina vakar publicēto ēku Brīvības ielā 39, lai gan ēku vecuma starpība ir gandrīz gadsimts. Kopumā šeit izbūvēti 20 dzīvokļi un to cenas svārstās no 3500 līdz 5000 eiro par kvadrātmetru.
