Kipsala row houses, Kipsalas street. Modern wooden row houses was one of the first re-development signs in Kipsala island which is nowadays one of the most prestige and most desirable places to live in Riga with very high real estate prices. The houses were started to build in 1998, finished around 2001, and was designed by Zaiga Gaile, a well known architect in Latvia (also the wife of ex-prime minister Maris Gailis).
Ķīpsalas koka rindu mājas, Ķīpsalas iela 9 - Ķīpsalas iela 39. Ķīpsalas modernās koka rindu mājas bija viena no pirmajām šī Rīgas apvidus atdzīvošanās pazīmēm. Tās tika uzceltas deviņdesmit gadu pašās beigās, 2000-šo sākumā, ēku dizaina autore ir Zaiga Gaile.
