Lāčplēša iela 11 - Club Central Residence II

 Lacplesa street 11 - Central Club Residence II. New 7-floor residential building on Lacplesa and Baznicas street corner, in the place of previous low-floor wooden building. Finished in 2019, it's a second part of a Club Central Residence project next to it's neighbour on Baznicas street 18a. It's apparent how the building tries to fit in the surroundings, both with the contemporary neighbour and the historical Eclecticism building on the other side. Also the building's facade shapes and structures are rather interesting. The architect of the building is Ugis Zabers.       

 Lāčplēša iela 11 - Central Club Residence II. Bijušās koka ēkas vietā Lāčplēša un Baznīcas ielas stūrī 2019. gadā uzcelta jauna septiņstāvu dzīvokļu ēka. Tā ir otrā daļa Central Club Residence projektā, kas sākās ar blakus ēku Baznīcas ielā 18a. Acīmredzami, ka ēka cenšas iekļauties apkārtējā vidē, saskaņojoties gan ar savu moderno kaimiņu, gan oranžo eklektisma ēku otrā pusē. Savukārt tās individuālo raksturu veido fasādes formas un struktūras, balkonu izvietojums. Arhitekts - Uģis Zābers.
