 Independence Day in coronavirus sign. Grey, dark and wet days of November is the time of Latvia's Independence Day which is exactly today, November 18. This time of year is usually brightened up by light festival "Staro Riga" but coronavirus has stopped it too. Also army parade and fireworks is cancelled this time. Latvia celebrates it's 102th birthday and enters it's 103th year in cautious silence and calmness, dictated by coronavirus.
