Slokas iela 193 . Charming local initiative to enhance urban environment. Such an improvised gardens next to soviet time commieblock buildings are rare sight in Riga but I would be happy if they were more. Btw, this is the building and exactly these are the doors where I lived in my student years (2003-2007) in Riga. Back then there wasn't such front garden.
