New apartment buildings project has been built in nearest-to-centre part of Maskavas forštate suburb. The buildings are named after world famous scientists (Leonardo Da Vinci, Nikola Tesla, Blaise Pascal and Alfred Nobel). The reason - because highrise of Science academy is nearby the area (you can see it's spire in the right side of building in the photo). The developers emphasizes the preferences and great potential of neighborhood as an area for living - the proximity of Central market, Central station and centre itself, as well as Daugava waterfront.
