Roberta Hirsa iela 1 - office complex "Verde". Very recently (at the beginning of May 2024), the new office complex "Verde" on Roberta Hirša street 1, which marks the border between the historical center of Riga and the Skanstes "new Riga" development district, was put into operation. Architect Andras Kronberg's project resulted in one of the most expressive buildings of contemporary architecture in Riga - certainly the best in the Skanstes district (sharing this honor with the former Luminor building at Skanstes Street 12). The project worth 65 million euros is also proud to be the first real class A office buildings in Riga, as well as an example of "green" architecture, which can also be clearly seen in the facade of the first built complex building, the middle part of which is marked by an outdoor facade with tree plantings. Despite the trends of remote work nowadays, according to the developers, most of the offices in the "Verde" complex are already reserved.
